About

Meet Erin.

A therapist who believes you should be able to talk like yourself in therapy.

Erin Lofton, Licensed Associate Professional Counselor

My approach

Therapy with me is collaborative. You bring what's actually happening; I bring structure, questions, and a steady read on the patterns underneath it.

We'll work with what's in front of you — stress, relationships, transitions, self-esteem, grief, habits — and move toward changes that fit your real life instead of an ideal version of it.

What therapy with me feels like

Conversational. You can swear, laugh, go on a tangent, or say the thing you've been editing in your head for weeks.

You won't be handed a script or a worksheet stack. We'll talk, notice, and try things — and check whether they're working.

Professional background

Erin Lofton, Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, Georgia.

I earned a Master of Science in School Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Public and Community Health from Georgia Southern University.

Who I work with

High school seniors, college students, adults and families navigating stress, relationships, boundaries, life transitions, identity, grief, and the very specific exhaustion of holding it together.

Clients must be located in Georgia at the time of session.

Clinical supervision

Practicing under supervision, on purpose.

A Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in Georgia provides counseling while working under the clinical supervision of an approved supervisor. That means a licensed clinician reviews and supports the counseling work — an added layer of oversight for your care.

Maybe we should talk.
