Website information
This website collects only what you choose to send through the inquiry form: your name, contact information, and a short description of what you're looking for. Please don't include detailed health information here.
Clinical records
Intake, consent documents, and any health information are handled separately from this marketing site, through access-controlled clinical systems. Protected health information is never placed in web addresses, analytics, session replay, error reports, or public logs.
Email and messages
Ordinary email and web forms are not used to transmit clinical responses. Messages are not monitored around the clock, and they are not a route for urgent or emergency needs.
Confidentiality in counseling
Counseling is generally private, with certain legal and safety-related exceptions. Those exceptions are explained clearly before counseling begins and are described in the consent documents.
Payment information
Card numbers are never stored by this website. If payments are connected, they are processed through a compliant payment processor using tokenization.
